An intimate wedding at Lumley Castle - Amelia and Pasha
Amelia and Pasha’s intimate wedding at Lumley Castle in Chester-le-Street was a truly enchanting affair. The historic grandeur of the castle provided the perfect backdrop for their small, heartfelt celebration. With just close family and friends in attendance, the atmosphere was warm and personal, making every moment feel special. Despite the short coverage, capturing their love and commitment in one of the North East's most iconic venues was a joy.

A Buddhist and English fusion wedding at Lumley Castle - Chandani and James
It had been a long time since we were last at Lumley Castle, so it was great to be back for Chandani and James’ Buddhist and English fusion wedding day in July. They made the most of the castle and grounds by holding their English ceremony in the Barons Hall, and later, their Buddhist ceremony in the walled garden. It was a fabulously vibrant day filled with colour and love.

Lumley Castle - Charlotte and Tom
Charlotte and Tom travelled all the way from Australia to realise their dream of being married in an English Castle. They brought with them their parents, Charlotte's brother and her best friend, with a much larger party planned for a couple of weeks later back in Melbourne. They had hoped and dreamed of snow to help paint the scene of their perfect English winter wedding and wonderfully they were not disappointed.
It was our honour to capture their very intimate wedding day and to get to know these eight amazing people. Congratulations to you both and we with you every happiness for your future lives together.
Lumley Castle - Emma and Alex
Emma and Alex chose Lumley Castle in County Durham for their wedding last December. Despite the dreary weather throughout the entire day everyone had a wonderful time. They were married in the Scarborough Suite in the castle itself, moving over to the Barons Hall for their wedding meal and evening party. They ended the day with an amazing live band and firework display in the grounds of the castle. Emma and Alex, we dearly loved getting to know you both and it was an honour to capture your first day as man and wife. Congratulations to you both once again!
