Durham Castle - Victoria and Chris

Victoria looked stunning in her elegant, and very regal looking gown, holding in her hands a beautiful pear shaped bouquet that reminded me somewhat of Meghan’s. Of course it goes without saying, Chris looked smart as a dart too. Their sophisticated wedding day began with a traditional ceremony in St Cuthbert’s Church in Houghton Le Spring, going on to Durham Castle and down to Prebends bridge for a few photographs later in the day.

Ellingham Hall - Lucy and Pete

Our first wedding of the year was that of Lucy and Pete at Ellingham Hall.  The early January weather was naturally cold but also very wet, however Lucy and Pete proved that you don't need amazing weather to have an amazing wedding.  Lucy was the perfect bride, elegant, classic and refined, her 1920's inspired wedding gown suited her slim build and fair skin and matched the venue beautifully.  She chose oversized loosely arranged bouquets which complimented the vintage styling of the wedding, and the men dressed to match the style choosing the classic black tie.  The day was elegant and classic but relaxed and really great fun to photograph.

The received a gorgeous thank you card from them both.  Thank you to you both for your lovely words, they mean the world to us.  We are so please that you love your photographs.

"To Nigel & Chrissie

We wanted to thank you both for capturing our wedding so beautifully.  We are absolutely thrilled with the photos and can't stop looking at them.  We knew as soon as we saw your stunning website that you were the photographers for us and we really appreciate all the time and effort you put into understanding what we wanted and making it happen.  We had the most wonderful day and thanks to you, we can re-live it when ever we like.  We wish you every success for the future.
