The Vermont Hotel - Lucy and Jack

The Vermont Hotel in Newcastle is always a great venue to work at. Its classic 1930’s art deco architecture makes it look like it would not be out of place on the corner of a New York street, and the roof top terrace which has great views over the city, makes a really cool place for a drinks reception.

It was great to be back at the Vermont for Lucy and Jack’s wedding day. With their laid back attitude to life, and their infectious sense of humour, they were a joy to spend time with. Their wedding day was elegant but not formal, fun but also emotional. All in all, a really fab day.

Slaley Hall - Sarah and Craig

I’m taking us back today to a rather chilly early March day last year for Sarah and Craig’s wedding at Slaley Hall. It was great fun working with this super chilled out pair at their amazing venue, based in the Northumberland countryside set within acres of moorland and forest.

Wynyard Hall - Kayleigh and Jordan

Not only are Kayleigh and Jordan wonderful people but their kindness and joyful enthusiasm show in everything they do. It was a joy to work with them for their wedding day at Wynyard Hall in the summer.

It was great to be back at the True Jesus Church in Newcastle for their wedding ceremony, and wonderful to see so many familiar faces once again. As Kayleigh and Jordan left the church after their beautiful wedding ceremony, confetti flew and smiles were all over the show! They chose the magnificent Wynyard Hall for their wedding reception, where a true to form typical British summers day, the overcast weather didn’t stop everyone from getting outside. We had great fun with Kayleigh and Jordan exploring the grounds and woodlands before heading back inside for food in the conservatory, along with some great speeches. Fun and games in the evening do followed an emotional tea ceremony and a fantastic first dance by Kayleigh and Jordan.

Ramside Hall - Alix and Paul

All the stops were out for Alix and Paul’s summer garden party wedding at the Ramside Hall. The sun was shining, the champagne flowed and the carefree atmosphere of the setting made sure that everyone had a great time.

Alix and Paul were married in the beautiful Holy Trinity Church in Washington Village and enjoyed post ceremony Prosecco with the family and friends before heading over to celebrate at the Ramside Hall.
